CHILDREN'S FILM FESTIVAL-2011
The state Institute of Educational Technology will organise a children's film festival in Kozhikodu from November 14 to 16. The films made by students and for the students would be screened as part of the programme.
The objective of the event is to impart skills on film making to students and encourage them take up film projects. The festival will provide a plat form for students to exhibit their films. They will be categorised as primary, secondary, senior secondary, and Block Resource centre.
The best films produced by the students in the primary, secondary,senior secondary, and block resource centre categories will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh. The best films produced for the students under the above categories will be awarded Rs. 50,000.
