ഒരു ജഡ്‌ജി  ഒരു യന്ത്രമല്ല. റോബോട്ട് അല്ല. ഇൻസ്യുലേറ്റഡായ ഒരു ജീവിയുമല്ല.മനുഷ്യനാണ്. നമ്മൾ അത് മറന്നു പോകുന്നു.ഹണി എം വർഗ്ഗീസ് അവർക്ക് മുന്നിൽ വന്ന ട്രയൽകേസ് നിയമം നോക്കിയും തൻ്റെ നൈതികയുക്തിക്കനുസരിച്ചും തീർപ്പാക്കിയതിനെ വ്യക്തിഹത്യയിലേക്ക് ഉയർത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയ മലയാളി മനസ് വിശകലനം ചെയ്യപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണ്.  താൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ  വിധി വരണമെന്ന് ഓരോ മലയാളിയും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു . ഇത് ശരിയാവണമെന്നില്ല .താനൊഴിച്ച് മറ്റെല്ലാവരും തൻ്റെ ഇംഗിതം പോലെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കണമെന്നാണ് ഓരോ മലയാളിയും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്. ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ പുലഭ്യം പറഞ്ഞ് പൊട്ടിത്തെറിക്കും! മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ  വളരെ സൂക്ഷിക്കണം.  അവർ ഒറ്റക്കെട്ടായി ഒരു ലക്ഷ്യത്തിനു നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ സൂക്ഷിക്കണം.മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ  കെട്ടിച്ചമച്ച  കേസായിരുന്നു  ചാരക്കേസ് .  മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ എല്ലാക്കാര്യത്തിലും ഈ നീതി ബോധം കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല. ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ  വിധി വന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ  ജഡ്‌ജിയെ പരിഹസിക്കുന്നതും  കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും  ശരിയല്ല . നിയമ സാക്ഷരത  ഇല്ലാത്തതാണ്  ഇതിനു കാരണം ''
