യുപിയില്‍ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ്-സമാജ് വാദി പാര്‍ട്ടി സഖ്യം
After days of
negotiation, an alliance between the Samajwadi Party and the Congress has finally been
sealed, news agency ANI reported. The Congress party will be allotted 105 seats
in the upcoming elections. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and SP president
Akhilesh Yadav also released his party’s maninfesto but is yet to make an
announcement on the alliance.At the manifesto
release, Akhilesh hit out at the BJP government over its promise to bring in
achche din, saying three years have passed but the BJP government was yet to
deliver on its promises. From pressure cookers, to smart phones to old age
homes, Akhilesh announced a manifesto filled with freebies, hoping to secure a
second term. Interestingly, despite saying all is well in the SP, party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav was not present at the event.On the
seat-sharing agreement, Congress leader Ahmed Patel said discussions between
the two parties took place at the highest level. “It was wrong to to suggest
lightweights were dealing on behalf of Congress. Discussion was at highest
level between CM(UP), General Secretary, Congress in-charge and Priyanka
Gandhi.”

സമാജ് വാദി പാര്‍ട്ടിയും കോണ്‍ഗ്രസും തമ്മില്‍ സഖ്യം. കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിന് 105 സീറ്റുകള്‍ നല്‍കിയാണ് സമവായത്തിലെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.110 സീറ്റ് വേണമെന്നായിരുന്നു കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിന്റെ ആവശ്യം. എന്നാല്‍ ഇതിന് സമാജ് വാദി പാര്‍ട്ടി ആദ്യം വഴങ്ങിയിരുന്നില്ല.
തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഇരു പാര്‍ട്ടികളുടെയും ഉന്നത നേതാക്കള്‍ ഇടപെട്ടാണ് സഖ്യത്തിന് വഴിയൊരുക്കിയത്. തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ സമാജ് വാദി പാര്‍ട്ടി 298 സീറ്റുകളിലും മത്സരിക്കും.
പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ പ്രകടനപത്രിക അഖിലേഷ് യാദവ് പുറത്തിറക്കുന്നതിന് തൊട്ടുമുന്‍പാണ് സഖ്യം തുടരുമെന്ന വിവരം കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് അറിയിച്ചത്. റായ്ബറേലി, അമേഠി ലോക്സഭാ മണ്ഡലങ്ങളില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ കൂടുതല്‍ സീറ്റുകള്‍ വേണമെന്ന നിലപാടിലായിരുന്നു കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ്. എന്നാല്‍ പരമാവധി 100 സീറ്റുകളെന്ന തീരുമാനത്തിലായിരുന്നു അഖിലേഷ്. ഇക്കാര്യം അദ്ദേഹം കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിനെ വ്യക്തമായി അറിയിക്കുകയും
ചെയ്തു.ആദ്യം 120 സീറ്റുകളെന്ന നിലപാടില്‍ നിന്ന കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് പിന്നീട് 110 സീറ്റുകളായി കുറച്ചെങ്കിലും അതും നല്‍കാനാകില്ലെന്നായിരുന്നു അഖിലേഷിന്റെ മറുപടി. ഒടുവില്‍ സമാജ് വാദി പാര്‍ട്ടി വിട്ടുവീഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് തയ്യാറാകില്ലെന്ന് മനസിലാക്കിയതോടെ
കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് തന്നെ വഴങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.
