The
French woman attacked by a crocodile in the Khao Yai National Park is being
transferred from Prachin Buri to Bangkok and the park chief said the animal had
yet to be caught. The The transfer was made on the request of Muriel
Benetulier, 48, and her husband because the Chaopraya Abhaiphubejhr Hospital in
Prachin Buri could not provide an interpreter for the couple, Wichai
Pornleesangsuwan director of the Protected Area Regional Office 1’s national
parks unit, said on Monday.
സെല്‍ഫിയെടുക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ഫ്രഞ്ച് വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരിക്ക് മുതലയുടെ കടിയേറ്റു. തായ്‌ലന്‍ഡിലെ ഖോയായ് ദേശീയ പാര്‍ക്കിലായിരുന്നു സംഭവം. ഭര്‍ത്താവിനൊനൊപ്പം മുതലയെ പശ്ചാത്തലമാക്കി സെല്‍ഫിയെടുക്കുന്നതിനിടെ 44 കാരിയായ സ്ത്രീയെ കുളത്തിലെ മറ്റൊരു മുതല കടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
കാലില്‍ കടിയേറ്റ യുവതിയെ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ഉടന്‍ അടുത്ത ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ എത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. സ്ത്രീയുടെ പരിക്ക് ഗുരുതരമല്ലെന്നാണു സൂചന. മുതലയുടെ പല്ല് യുവതിയുടെ കാലില്‍ ആഴ്ന്നിറങ്ങിയ ചിത്രം പുറത്ത് വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. മുതലക്കുളത്തിലേക്ക് കടക്കരുതെന്ന ബോര്‍ഡ് വഴിയരികില്‍ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരുന്നു. യുവതി ഇത് അനുസരിച്ചില്ലെന്ന് പാര്‍ക്ക് അധികൃതര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
